What you can expect from your therapist...

We will work together to address your mental health needs in a safe, culturally sensitive, and confidential manner. I provide a collaborative, person-centered, and trauma informed environment for my clients while practicing Holistic Psychotherapy. Holistic Psychotherapy is a blend of several approaches that address the whole person and their many life experiences and circumstances.  I also integrate somatic approaches (how we experience life in our bodies) as a Somatic Stress Release and Somatic EMDR practitioner in-training.  We will meet in a quiet, comfortable office space or via telehealth for our sessions.  I can also incorporate outdoor mindfulness training when the time of year is right!

At your initial visit you can expect to meet for 90 minutes. In that time, we will start the process of collecting information about the issues that bring you to therapy as well as biological, social, and family history; complete consent and financial paperwork; review scheduling and start thinking about the best plan forward.

No Surprises Act (2022)

The No Surprises Act established new protections and disclosure requirements against surprise medical billing that took effect on January 1, 2022.  The new law requires healthcare providers and facilities to provide Good Faith Estimates to uninsured, out-of-network, or self-paying clients for services offered when scheduling care or when the client requests an estimate.
