A Path to Clarity, Connection, and Change
Imagine a space where you can show up exactly as you are—no filters, no pressure. My approach is grounded in transparency, warmth, and authentic empathy. Together, we will address whatever is weighing you down, whether that’s relationship challenges, feelings of disconnection, difficulty expressing your needs, trauma, stress from the political climate, grief, or navigating life transitions. No matter where you find yourself, I am here to support you.
Throughout our work, we will examine the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences. We’ll focus on building practical tools tailored to your daily life, so that by the end of our time together, you’ll have a clear and personalized plan for feeling more like yourself.
Using evidence-based methods and a holistic approach to psychotherapy, we’ll build resilience, renew your sense of agency, and keep you connected even when life feels shaky. I’ll share extra support options and always welcome your honest feedback.
Before beginning our work together, I invite all potential clients to schedule a free consultation. This initial meeting is an important opportunity for us to determine if my therapeutic approach aligns with your personality and needs, ensuring that your therapy experience is positive, supportive, and tailored to you.
The best way to reach me for the first time is to click the "Contact me to schedule" button and complete an Appointment Request Form. You can also call me at 608.256.5115 x18

Accepted Insurances
Please contact your insurance company to verify coverage (in-network or out-of-network), co-pays, and/or co-insurance prior to your first appointment.
Self-Pay Options
Standard rate: $240/session
Sliding scale: Anti-Oppressive Fee Structure (developed by Cultivating Healers)
My goal is to never gatekeep support and healing. This fee structure allows for those who have the means to pay a higher rate to do so in the spirit of mutual care. Together we can keep therapy sustainable for those who might otherwise be priced out.
Check out the Anti-Oppressive Assessment and Structure below to determine what may be financially sustainable for you. If you'd like to discuss this option, take a moment before your consultation to reflect on the assessment questions and consider what rate you can comfortably afford.

No Surprises Act (2022)
The No Surprises Act established new protections and disclosure requirements against surprise medical billing that took effect on January 1, 2022. The new law requires healthcare providers and facilities to provide Good Faith Estimates to uninsured, out-of-network, or self-paying clients for services offered when scheduling care or when the client requests an estimate.
