I recognize that Black Lives Matter and that we reside on Indigenous lands.  I recognize people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and/or gender expansive, queer and/or questioning, intersex, asexual, and two-spirit (LGBTQIA2S+). I am committed to working for social justice, inclusion for all, and to end racism; to the continuous anti-oppression and anti-racism self-reflection and unlearning required to affect change as a person with white privilege; to continued learning about affirming and supporting the LGBTQIA2S+ community. I promote policies, laws, and programs that affirm, support, and value LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC individuals, families, and communities.  And will always strive to foster an environment and therapeutic relationship that reflects such.
